MB allows you to spam Blinding Flash on recharge, with no attunement.
You don't even need attunement on an MB bar, because the energy management is so strong.
You can also maintain Great Dwarf Weapon on all of your physicals and *goes on*.
And at the nerfs part, there is no such thing as a perfectly balanced game.

Yes...Second Wind...looks like a good one to me...i think im going to rush straight to GW and make a build that uses Second wind :P

Second wind is one of those ele elites that I really would like to have a use for. Others would include energy boon, ether prism, mind burn/freeze/shock, lightening surge, glimmering mark and thunderclap.
Still seems so many useless ones.

Kai Ying uses it on the Canthan Mainland...with the exception of Vizunah Square.

Why when you give us the amazingness of Unsteady Ground do you give an Earth henchmen THAT?
The big problem with Second Wind is to get the best use out of it you need to be ~50% exhausted. If you're using exhausting skills at such a rate that you need SW as "energy management", then it's only a matter of time until you're fully exhausted and reduced to wanding your target. The fact that this skill itself causes exhaustion is just laughable. It just needs a major change in my opinion...maybe something like "Lose all exhaustion, for each point of exhaustion removed you're energy regeneration is reduced by two for 1 second." - maybe a 30 second recharge, 10 energy, and keep it in No Attribute.
Anyway, most overused? Mind Blast.
